Eligibility Status. Contractor and each tier of Subcontractors, shall certify that it is not excluded, disqualified, disbarred, or suspended from contracting with or receiving federal funds or grants from the Federal Government. Contractor and each tier of Subcontractors shall certify that it is not on the List of Parties Excluded from Federal Procurement and Nonprocurement Programs promulgated in accordance with E.O.s 12549 and 12689, "Debarment and Suspension," as set forth at 24CFR Part 24, and "NonProcurement Debarment and Suspension" set forth at 2CFR Part 2424.
