Eligibility to Become a Party. An entity that satisfies the requirements of a Nominal Funder or Full Funder, as those terms are defined below, is eligible to become a Party to this Funding Agreement and the Finance Agent Agreement attached as Exhibit C and incorporated herein by this reference as either a Nominal Funder or a Full Funder.
