If the Tender Document is/was issued inadvertently to such Bidder/ downloaded from website by such Bidder, then Bid submitted by such Bidder shall not be considered for opening/ evaluation/ award and in case of Manual Tendering, such Bid will be returned immediately to the Bidder. In case there is any change in status of the declaration prior to award of Contract (the ‘Contract / Purchase Order’), the same has to be promptly informed to GAIL by the Bidder. It shall be the sole responsibility of the bidder to inform GAIL in case the bidder is put on ‘Holiday’ by GAIL or Public Sector Project Management Consultant (like EIL, Mecon only due to “poor performance” or “corrupt and fraudulent practices”) or banned/blacklisted by Government department/ Public Sector on due date of submission of bid and during the course of finalization of the tender.
