Procuring Agency’s Right to Accept or Reject. All Bids i) As per rule 35 of PPR-14, the Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject all Bids or proposals (and to annul the Bidding process) at any time prior to the acceptance of any Bid or proposal, without thereby incurring any liability towards the Bidders.
