Common use of Eligible Business Status Clause in Contracts

Eligible Business Status. The Borrower will at all times maintain its status as an Eligible Business. The Borrower will at all times possess all necessary certificates, franchises, licenses, permits, rights, designations, authorizations, exemptions, concessions, frequencies and consents which relate to the operation of the routes flown by it and the conduct of its business and operations as currently conducted, except where failure to do so, either individually or in the aggregate, could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect. The Borrower will at all times possess an air carrier operating certificate issued pursuant to Chapter 447 of Title 49.
