Student Status. Licensee must maintain status as a student registered at Cal Poly with a minimum of eight (8) Cal Poly quarter units or if a graduate student, four (4) units. Exception requests must be submitted in writing to University Housing for approval (or contact the Disability Resource Center if disability related) if Licensee falls below these minimums. Dropping below the minimum is not considered a standard for cancellation and will not release the Licensee from paying any housing-related fees. The University may, at its sole option and discretion, revoke this License in accordance with the provisions herein if the Licensee fails to enroll in the minimum units, or drops below the minimum unit requirement after the beginning of the academic fee period.
Student Status. With the exception of the summer occupancy period, you agree that to occupy a room in residence, you must maintain full-time student status throughout the duration of this agreement. You agree to immediately notify HS at xxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xx if there is a change in your student status. A change in your status may impact your ability to live in residence.
Student Status. The Resident represents and warrants to the University of Saskatchewan that throughout the term of this Residence Agreement, the Resident satisfies one of the following pre-conditions to this Residence Agreement:
1. the Resident is registered as a full-time student (meaning the Resident is taking a course load of at least 60% for his or her program or is registered as a graduate student) at the University of Saskatchewan;
2. the Resident is enrolled in a University of Saskatchewan course during the Spring/Summer term or as a graduate student (applicable to residents of Spring/Summer term only)
3. the Resident has received approval from the University of Saskatchewan the granting of such approval to be in the University of Saskatchewan’s sole and absolute discretion, to reside in the Premises despite not being registered as a full-time student.
Student Status. Tenant represents that at the time the Tenant signs the lease he/she is or will be an enrolled student at Appalachian State University. Tenant grants Landlord permission to verify Tenant's student status with Appalachian State University for the duration of the lease period. If Xxxxxx's representation in this paragraph are false or if Xxxxxx loses his or her status as a student at Appalachian State University, Tenant shall be in default hereunder and Landlord shall be entitled to exercise all rights and remedies provided for herein or that are available at law or in equity. Loss of student status does not terminate this lease agreement.
Student Status. The Student agrees that a condition precedent of this agreement shall be that they/themselves are enrolled on a full-time basis as defined by the University Calendar in courses of instruction at the University or Assiniboine Community College in the City of Xxxxxxx; and if at any time their university or vocational instruction on a full-time basis should terminate, their license shall be terminated forthwith. The Student agrees to allow the University access to their registration record to verify student status.
Student Status. While engaged in the Internship, the Student shall retain the status of a registered student working towards the fulfillment of a degree requirement. The Student is not an employee or agent of the University. The Student shall not displace regular employees of the Affiliate. Unless negotiated between the Student, University, and Affiliate, the Student is not entitled to any monetary or other remuneration for services performed at the Internship.
Student Status. If I am claiming eligibility to compete based upon my status as a student in the State or Local Organization in which I am competing, I must: (a) have successfully completed at least one semester as a full-time (at least 12 credit hours) student, and presently be enrolled and physically attending classes on a full-time basis at an accredited college or university in the state or local in which I am competing; or (b) have graduated from an accredited college or university in the state or local in which I am competing between the date of this Application and Contract and the first day of the State Competition in which I am competing in anticipation of this year’s National Finals. For purposes of this Section 2.3.2., I understand that my physical attendance of classes in the state or local in which I am competing is a requirement for eligibility to compete based upon my status as a student. I also understand that no more than two (2) full-time semesters may have elapsed between the completion of my last full-time semester and the beginning of the next full-time semester that I am attending at a college or university in the state or local in which I am competing. Student Status. 15.1. The Tenant is required to be a student in full time education during the whole Tenancy Period. The Tenant must provide a proof of this status when applying for accommodation and on request during the Tenancy Period.
15.2. The Landlord reserves the right to make exceptions and allow Tenants who are not students to stay in the accommodation without disclosing the reasons.
Student Status. The Tenant(s) covenants that the Tenant(s) is or will be a registered active student(s) of Queen's University when the Tenancy Agreement commences.
Student Status. 10.1 All students shall be registered by the Institution with the University for award purposes only in accordance with the University’s procedures and requirements as set out in the Handbook or otherwise sent by the University to the Institution and with the Institution for all other purposes.
10.2 Registration with the University will not itself allow students access to the University’s resources.
10.3 The Institution shall be responsible for all aspects of student welfare and the student experience whilst undertaking a Validated Programme.
10.4 The University will not be liable if the Institution fails to meet its requirements regarding standards and this leads to the withdrawal of Approval or Validation by the University. The Institution shall indemnify and keep the University indemnified against all claims, costs and expenses that may be instituted or made by students against the University as a result of such withdrawal.
