Common use of Eligible expenditure Clause in Contracts

Eligible expenditure. (a) the payment is for the financing of the reasonable cost of goods, works, services, Training, Incremental Operational Cost, Grants, and Innovation Grants (as said capitalized terms are defined in the Financing Agreement) required for the Project, and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Financing and procured, all in accordance with the provisions of the Financing Agreement;”
