Eligible Goods and Services. 5.1 All goods and related services to be supplied under the contract shall conform to the policies of the Government of Punjab in vogue. All expenditures made under the contract shall be limited to such goods and services. For purposes of this clause, (a) the term “Goods” includes any goods that are the subject of this Invitation for Bids and (b) the term “Services” includes related ancillary services such as transportation, insurance, testing after sales services etc.
