Common use of Eligible Goods and Services Clause in Contracts

Eligible Goods and Services. 4.1 Further, country of origin of goods could be from any geographical region of the world as per laws of Pakistan. Goods manufactured by subsidiary of any manufacturer using the brand of parent company will be considered as product of parent company. 4.2 For the purpose of this clause, (a) the term “Goods” includes any Goods that are the subject of this Invitation for Bids and (b) the term “Services” includes related services such as transportation, insurance, after sale service, spare parts availability, etc. For Purposes of this clause, “origin” means the place where the goods are mined, grown, or produced, or the place from which the related services are supplied.
