Eligible Persons. β Any Beneficiary who resides within the Service Area may enroll in the MCO at any time during the duration of this Contract, effective at the beginning of a month, and subject to the limitations contained in this Contract. Enrollees in integrated SNPs may also be subject to CMS enrollment requirements.
