Common use of Eligible Population Clause in Contracts

Eligible Population. A. PATH funds are for the purpose of providing services to adult individuals who: 1. Have serious mental illnesses and may have co-occurring substance use disorders; and 2. Are homeless or at imminent risk of becoming homeless. B. Individuals may be served in the outreach setting, and when appropriate, enrolled for the sole purpose of engaging the human service agencies, mental health services, or education system to provide services to the individual.
