Eligible Repurchase Obligations. In connection with the acquisition or disposition of Permitted Investments pursuant to the terms of the Transaction Documents, the Collateral Agent may pursuant to the direction of the Servicer or the Administrative Agent, as applicable, purchase or sell to itself or an Affiliate, as principal or agent, the Permitted Investments described above.
