eMACS. State will utilize eMACS for all Tier Two Solicitation Process selection procedures with a value of greater than $5,000. It is Contractor’s responsibility to maintain its vendor record in eMACS and keep all contact information up-to-date. Ordering agencies are responsible for ensuring compliance and managing the RFQ within eMACS.
