Email Communications. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, any and all email communications (both text and attachments) by or from the Trust Administrator that the Trust Administrator in its sole discretion deems to contain confidential, proprietary, and/or sensitive information shall be encrypted. The recipient (the "Email Recipient") of the email communication will be required to complete a one-time registration process. Instructions on how to register and/or retrieve an encrypted message will be included in the first secure email sent by the Trust Administrator to the Email Recipient.
