Emergency Action Plan (EAP. Contractor shall develop a written emergency action plan (“EAP”) in accordance with OSHA standard 29 C.F.R. §1910.38 and other applicable federal, state and local occupational safety and health laws, regulations and standards. Contractor shall include the EAP in Contractor’s PSP. Contractor shall train all Contractor Representatives on the provisions of the EAP.
