Card Replacement Fee If your account is subject to a Card Replacement Fee, a fee will be charged for each replacement card that is issued to you for any reason.
Card Replacement If you need to replace your Card for any reason, please contact us at 0-000-000-0000 to request a replacement Card. You will be required to provide personal information which may include your Card number, full name, transaction history, and similar information to help us verify your identity. Emergency Replacement SAP may replace a Subprocessor without advance notice where the reason for the change is outside of SAP’s reasonable control and prompt replacement is required for security or other urgent reasons. In this case, SAP will inform Customer of the replacement Subprocessor as soon as possible following its appointment. Section 6.3 applies accordingly.

Collateral Monitoring Fee Borrowers shall pay to Agent on the first day of each month following any month in which Agent performs any collateral monitoring - namely any field examination, collateral analysis or other business analysis, the need for which is to be determined by Agent and which monitoring is undertaken by Agent or for Agent’s benefit - a collateral monitoring fee in an amount equal to $850 per day for each person employed to perform such monitoring, plus all costs and disbursements incurred by Agent in the performance of such examination or analysis.

Payment of Extraordinary Education Related Expenses Section 5.1. PAYMENT OF EXTRAORDINARY EDUCATION-RELATED EXPENSES. In addition to the amounts determined pursuant to Articles IV and VI of this Agreement, Applicant on an annual basis shall also indemnify and reimburse District for all non-reimbursed costs, certified by the District’s external auditor to have been incurred by the District for extraordinary education-related expenses directly and solely related to the project that are not directly funded in state aid formulas, including expenses for the purchase of portable classrooms and the hiring of additional personnel to accommodate a temporary increase in student enrollment caused directly by such project. Collateral Management Fee Borrower shall pay Lender as additional interest a monthly collateral management fee (the “Collateral Management Fee”) equal to .083% per month calculated on the basis of the daily average amount of the balances under the Revolving Facility outstanding during the preceding month.
