Common use of Emergency Crews Clause in Contracts

Emergency Crews. It is understood that from time to time situations may arise that require immediate attention. In such cases where a full crew complement cannot be obtained, a Trolley Overhead Supervisor may be used as a third person (on the ground only). Continuing attempts must be made to secure a third crew member.
