Emergency Plan. Grantee must develop and maintain an Emergency Plan and submit it within forty (40) business days after effective date of the contract. On-going plan updates and changes shall be submitted to HHSC for approval at least thirty (30) business days before a change becomes effective. The Grantee shall notify HHSC of any emergencies via the SAR VAR formal communication process within one (1) business day after the emergency. Verbal notifications must be to a live person and may not be left on voicemails. If an emergency occurs with a consumer, Grantee shall maintain the following documentation in the consumer’s case file:
A. Date and type of emergency;
B. Description of the emergency;
C. The outcome or resolution of the emergency;
D. Name of any persons notified of the emergency and their relation to the consumer;
E. Date HHSC was notified; and
Emergency Plan. LIDDA shall develop and maintain an Emergency Plan as prescribed in section 2.10.6 Attachment A-1, Statement of Work.
Emergency Plan. (a) Each hospice shall have a written plan posted in a conspicuous place which specifies procedures for the orderly evacuation of patients in case of an emergency. The plan shall include an evacuation diagram. The evacuation dia- gram shall in addition be posted in a conspicuous place in the facil- ity.
(b) The licensee, administrator and all staff who work in the hospice facility shall be trained in all aspects of the emergency plan.
(c) The procedures for exiting or taking shelter in the event of a fire, tornado, flooding or other disaster to be followed for patient safety shall be clearly communicated by the staff to the patients within 72 hours after admission and practiced at least quarterly by staff.
Emergency Plan. In the event of an emergency, Contractor will guarantee fulfillment of an emergency Keep-Full delivery within a maximum of six (6) hours of a verbal, electronic, written or faxed order. Emergency orders are to be top priority and Contractor must be equipped and prepared to successfully fulfill an emergency delivery 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Contractor shall furnish emergency order contact information and always be poised to receive and respond to an emergency order. Contractor must provide the emergency plan upon purchaser’s request.
Emergency Plan. (Applies to SB1, SC1, SD1, and SI1) If there are questions about the City safety plans, questions may be directed to the Office of Emergency Services where the plans are kept. In case of a Citywide emergency, City employees should standby for direction and not freelance.
Emergency Plan. An emergency plan will be developed to allow students on buses 2 without bus attendants to be picked up by other buses.
Emergency Plan. The Town and Oskar Blues shall jointly create and approve an emergency plan for the Event, which could include a first-aid station equipped with emergency medical technicians on standby throughout the scheduled Event hours if needed, pursuant to that certain Event Agreement, dated February 22, 2017. The Town will provide a copy of the emergency plan to Adventure Fit Inc prior to the first day of the Event.
Emergency Plan. CDDP must maintain an emergency plan, policies, and procedures in accordance with OAR 411-320-0040(10) at all times that address responses to any natural disasters, pandemics, or other times when the CDDP may have to react to reducing office hours and or building closures; and that ensure
Emergency Plan. In case of exposure to blood or bodily fluids, all employees will follow the Blood Borne Pathogens Exposure Control Plan of Richland Public Health.
Emergency Plan. Within 15 Days after the Effective Date, Lessee shall file with the Community Fire Department and submit to Lessor a written emergency plan which shall include evacuation procedures, emergency contact personnel, policies and procedures for handling emergencies such as fires, gas leaks, bomb threats or other accidents. Such plan shall be reviewed and approved by the Community Fire Department. Any revisions to the emergency plan shall have the prior approval of the Community Fire Department.
