- EMERGENCY REMOVAL OF PLANT. (a) If, at any time, in case of fire or disaster in the Town, it shall be necessary in the reasonable judgment of the Issuing Authority to cut or move any of the wires, cable or equipment of the Cable Communications System, the Town shall have the right to do so without cost or liability, provided however that, wherever possible, the Issuing Authority gives Licensee notice and the ability to relocate wires, cable or other equipment.
