Common use of - EMERGENCY REMOVAL OF PLANT Clause in Contracts

- EMERGENCY REMOVAL OF PLANT. If, at any time, in case of fire or disaster in the Town, it shall become necessary in the reasonable judgment of the Issuing Authority or any designee(s), to cut or move any of the wires, cables, amplifiers, appliances or appurtenances of the Cable Television System, the Town shall have the right to do so at the sole cost and expense of the Licensee. In such event, the Licensee shall reimburse the Issuing Authority the cost and expense of such removal within thirty (30) days of submission of a xxxx thereof.
