Emergency Replacement of Director or Choreographer. MAIN It is the essence of the ESCA that the Director or Choreographer shall be available to attend rehearsals. Except in the case of an emergency which necessitates the Director or Choreographer’s absence of one (1) week or less, the Assistant Director or Assistant Choreographer may not be required to rehearse a production unless they have been contracted as a Director or Choreographer under terms and conditions to be agreed to by Equity, such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld.‌

  • Office of Inspector General Investigative Findings Expert Review In accordance with Senate Bill 799, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., if Texas Government Code, Section 531.102(m-1)(2) is applicable to this Contract, Contractor affirms that it possesses the necessary occupational licenses and experience.

  • CONDITIONS FOR EMERGENCY/HURRICANE OR DISASTER - TERM CONTRACTS It is hereby made a part of this Invitation for Bids that before, during and after a public emergency, disaster, hurricane, flood, or other acts of God that Orange County shall require a “first priority” basis for goods and services. It is vital and imperative that the majority of citizens are protected from any emergency situation which threatens public health and safety, as determined by the County. Contractor agrees to rent/sell/lease all goods and services to the County or other governmental entities as opposed to a private citizen, on a first priority basis. The County expects to pay contractual prices for all goods or services required during an emergency situation. Contractor shall furnish a twenty-four (24) hour phone number in the event of such an emergency.

  • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment.   • Certification of Meeting or Exceeding Tobacco-Free Workplace Policy Minimum Standards A. Grantee certifies that it has adopted and enforces a Tobacco-Free Workplace Policy that meets or exceeds all of the following minimum standards of: i. Prohibiting the use of all forms of tobacco products, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, water pipes (hookah), bidis, kreteks, electronic cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, snuff and chewing tobacco; ii. Designating the property to which this Policy applies as a "designated area,” which must at least comprise all buildings and structures where activities funded under this Grant Agreement are taking place, as well as Grantee owned, leased, or controlled sidewalks, parking lots, walkways, and attached parking structures immediately adjacent to this designated area; iii. Applying to all employees and visitors in this designated area; and iv. Providing for or referring its employees to tobacco use cessation services. B. If Grantee cannot meet these minimum standards, it must obtain a waiver from the System Agency.

  • Appointment and Removal of Directors The Directors shall be appointed and may be removed as follows: 4.2.1 The governing body of each Party shall appoint and designate in writing one regular Director who shall be authorized to act for and on behalf of the Party on matters within the powers of the Authority. The governing body of each Party also shall appoint and designate in writing one alternate Director who may vote on matters when the regular Director is absent from a Board meeting.   • Limited Liability in Emergency Conditions Except as otherwise provided in the Tariff or the Operating Agreement, no Interconnection Party shall be liable to any other Interconnection Party for any action that it takes in responding to an Emergency Condition, so long as such action is made in good faith, is consistent with Good Utility Practice and is not contrary to the directives of the Transmission Provider or of the Interconnected Transmission Owner with respect to such Emergency Condition. Notwithstanding the above, Interconnection Customer shall be liable in the event that it fails to comply with any instructions of Transmission Provider or the Interconnected Transmission Owner related to an Emergency Condition.
