Common use of Emergency Services Employees Clause in Contracts

Emergency Services Employees. Regular hours of work shall be on the basis of shifts structured not to exceed two thousand, eighty (2080) regular hours per year subject to the approval of the Labour Standards Officer. The shift rotation may be changed from time to time to meet operational demands. The Union and the Employer agree to cooperate to obtain the necessary averaging permit.
