Common use of Empire State Clause in Contracts

Empire State. College Executive Board—Each State employee member of UUP’s Empire State College Executive Board shall be granted up to three days of employee organization leave per Agreement year, including travel time, for attendance at meetings of the Board. An employee who succeeds a member of such Board shall be granted the balance of the employee organization leave available to such member for the Agreement year for attendance at Board meetings.‌
