Common use of Employee Addresses Clause in Contracts

Employee Addresses. Employees shall be required to keep the Employer informed at all times as to their current address and telephone number. It is understood that any communication addressed to an employee at his or her last address on record with the Employer shall constitute notice to the employee of the contents of such communication.
