Common use of Employee and Employer Contributions Clause in Contracts

Employee and Employer Contributions. For the duration of this contract, employee contributions towards the cost of the premium charged for any health insurance plan option offered by the City shall not be increased by more than 15% per year. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the City decides to charge a premium for single employee dental insurance coverage, the amount shall not be more than 5% of the cost for single employee dental coverage.
