Common use of Employee Benefit Programs, Plans and Practices Clause in Contracts

Employee Benefit Programs, Plans and Practices. The Company shall provide Executive during the term of his employment hereunder with coverage under all employee pension and welfare benefit programs, plans and practices (commensurate with his positions in the Company from time to time and to the extent permitted under any employee benefit plan) in accordance with the terms thereof, which the Company makes available to its senior executives and which employee pension and welfare benefit programs, plans and practices that are intended to be comparable to those currently maintained by the Company; provided, however, such programs, plans and practices will be no less favorable than those in existence as of the date of execution of this Agreement.
