Annual Performance. Not less than (30) thirty days prior to the anniversary date of the City Manager, the City Manager and Commissioners shall meet individually, and, in consideration of resources provided and matters outside the control of the City Manager and City Commission, discuss the city’s progress in accomplishing the desired outcomes contained in the (5) five year plan, suggestions for improving the plan, the City Manager’s performance in accomplishing the plan, and how the Commission can assist the City Manager in accomplishing the plan. Following the individual meetings with the Commissioners, the City Manager will provide the Commission with a draft progress report inclusive of the City Manager’s and Commissioners’ comments and suggestions. Following the City Commission’s review of the draft, the City Manager shall prepare the final progress report to the City Commission for adoption along with any compensation adjustments the City Manager may desire to request of the Commission.
Annual Performance. BONUS - Executive shall be entitled to participate in the Para▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇lthcare Corporation Executive Officer Performance Bonus Plan or any similar or successor annual bonus plan of the Company (the "Performance Bonus Plan") and to receive an annual performance bonus upon the achievement of one or more annual performance goals (the "Performance Goals") in accordance with the terms of the Performance Bonus Plan; provided, that Executive's annual target bonus under the Performance Bonus Plan (the "Annual Target Bonus") shall not be less than 70% of the Base Salary in effect at the time the Performance Goals for such plan year are established.

Annual Performance. Evaluation The work performance of each regular employee shall, to the extent possible, be evaluated annually in writing by the immediate supervisor. Annual Performance. Trinity Lutheran College traditionally holds an annual Showcase performance in the Sunset Hall over two nights. Thursday 25th and Friday 26th October, 2018 are set for the 2018 performances. All age groups will be performing in the Showcase concert. Technical rehearsals and dress rehearsals are held in the two weeks leading up to the concert performance– dates to be confirmed. All parents or guardians are required to help with the annual performances (E.g. ushering, signing in table, supervision of children, dressers, back stage crew, canteen serving etc.), nominations will be called for prior to these performances. It is expected that if you have a child participating in the public performance that you will nominate to help on the job allocation list. The annual performance is not compulsory, however, in order for Trinity Lutheran College to commence preparation for the end of year performance, a permission note will be sent home at the conclusion of Term 1 regarding intentions for the concert. Students wishing to participate should be aware that commitment is required to attend all classes and that there may be additional rehearsal times.
Annual Performance. Evaluations (a) is understood that Annual Performance Evaluations are intended for personal development and therefore will not be used for disciplinary purposes. (b) When an Annual Performance Evaluation is carried out, the employee shall be given sufficient opportunity to meet with the Employer to discuss their evaluation. Employees will be paid for time incurred to attend such meetings. (c) The employee will be given seven calendar days following the meeting referenced in Clause 10.4(b) to read, review and return the signed evaluation to the Employer. The evaluation form shall provide for the employee's signature in one of two places, one indicating that the employee has read and accepts the evaluation, and the other indicating that the employee disagrees with the evaluation. The employee may respond to the evaluation in the employee comments section on the form. (d) An evaluation shall not be changed after the employee has signed their evaluation. An employee’s evaluation shall be subject to the grievance procedure of this agreement. (e) An employee shall receive a copy of their evaluation at time of signing.
Annual Performance. REVIEW. Executive will receive an annual performance review by the Board in writing and in person within a reasonable time following the close of the Company's fiscal year.

Reflect on the LEA’s annual performance on the Dashboard and local data. This may include both successes and challenges identified by the LEA during the development process. LEAs are encouraged to highlight how they are addressing the identified needs of student groups, and/or schools within the LCAP as part of this response. As part of this response, the LEA must identify the following, which will remain unchanged during the three-year LCAP cycle: ● Any school within the LEA that received the lowest performance level on one or more state indicators on the 2023 Dashboard; ● Any student group within the LEA that received the lowest performance level on one or more state indicators on the 2023 Dashboard; and/or ● Any student group within a school within the LEA that received the lowest performance level on one or more state indicators on the 2023 Dashboard.
