Common use of Employee Benefit Programs, Plans and Practices Clause in Contracts

Employee Benefit Programs, Plans and Practices. The Company shall provide Executive during the term of his employment hereunder with coverage under all employee pension, welfare and fringe benefit programs, plans and practices (including, without limitation, the Company's vacation plan and the Company's Vehicle Program) in accordance with the terms thereof, which the Company makes available to its senior executives. In addition to the foregoing, Executive shall be provided with the fringe benefits set forth on Appendix I attached hereto.
