Common use of Employee Benefits Administration Clause in Contracts

Employee Benefits Administration. At all times following the date hereof, the Parties will cooperate in good faith as necessary to facilitate the administration of employee benefits and the resolution of related employee benefit claims with respect to GRAIL Employees, including with respect to the provision of employee-level information necessary for the other Party to manage, administer, finance and file required reports with respect to such administration.

Employee Benefits Administration. At all times following the date hereof, the Parties will cooperate in good faith as necessary to facilitate the administration of employee benefits and the resolution of related employee benefit claims with respect to GRAIL Vontier Employees, Former Vontier Service Providers and employees and other service providers of Fortive, as applicable, including with respect to the provision of employee-employee level information necessary for the other Party to manage, administer, finance and file required reports with respect to such administration.
