Common use of Employee Benefits and Perquisites Clause in Contracts

Employee Benefits and Perquisites. Executive will be eligible to participate in the employee benefit plans and programs generally available to the Company’s senior executives, subject to the terms and conditions of such plans and programs. Executive will be entitled to other benefits and perquisites that are made available to other senior executives of the Company, each in accordance with and subject to the eligibility and other provisions of such plans and programs. The Company reserves the right to amend, modify or terminate any of its benefit plans or programs at any time and for any reason.

Employee Benefits and Perquisites. Executive will be eligible to participate in accordance with the terms of all Company employee benefit plans plans, policies, perquisites and programs generally available to the Company’s senior executives, subject to the terms and conditions of such plans and programs. Executive will be entitled to other benefits and perquisites arrangements that are made available applicable to other senior executives executive officers of the Company, each in accordance with as such plans, policies, perquisites and subject arrangements may exist from time to time during the eligibility and other provisions of such plans and programs. The Company reserves the right to amend, modify or terminate any of its benefit plans or programs at any time and for any reasonperiod that Executive is employed as CEO.
