Employee Benefits; Vacations. As of the first day of the month following the first full month of employment, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in such 401 (K), medical and other employee benefit plans of the Company that may be in effect or modified from time to time, to the extent eligible under the terms of those plans, on the same basis as other similarly situated executive officers of the Company. The Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation in accordance with the policies of the Company in effect from time to time, as determined by the Board.
