Common use of Employee Business Expense Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Employee Business Expense Reimbursement. Employee shall be entitled to reimbursement of all reasonable and customary business travel and entertainment expenses for which Employee makes an adequate accounting to the Company. The determination of the adequacy of the ac­counting and reasonableness of the expenses shall be within the reasonable discretion of the Company's inde­pendent certified accountants taking into consideration the substantiation requirements of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code"). If verification is provided, the non-deductibility of such expenses for tax purposes shall not affect Employee's right to reim­bursement.
