Common use of Employee Compensation Clause in Contracts

Employee Compensation. Seller shall pay in full all amounts due under any employment contracts with any employees of Seller performing services on the premises including, without limitation, any payroll, F.I.C.A., accrued vacation and sick pay, contributions to employee-medical or pension funds, any employee benefits, employee-related taxes and any amounts payable under such employment contracts, and Seller indemnifies, defends and holds Buyer harmless from any claims respecting same. Seller and Buyer agree that Buyer is not hiring any of Seller’s employees.
