Employee conditions and third parties. 7.2.1 The Controller shall ensure that employees who process Personal data and have access to the Primary Service on behalf of the Controller undertaken to observe confidentiality or are subject to an appropriate statutory duty of confidentiality. 7.2.2 The Controller shall ensure that any third party having access to the Primary Service on behalf of the Controller undertaken to observe confidentiality or are subject to an appropri- ate statutory duty of confidentiality. 7.2.3 The Controller is fully liable to the Processor for the performance of any employee or third party to whom access to Primary Service is given by the Controller.
