Common use of Employee Controversies Clause in Contracts

Employee Controversies. There are no strikes, work stoppages or controversies pending or threatened between the Borrower or any Subsidiary and any of its employees, other than strikes, work stoppages or controversies arising in the ordinary course of business, which, in the aggregate, could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

There Except as described in Schedule 3.21 hereto, there are no strikes, work stoppages or material labor controversies pending or threatened or, to each of the Borrower's knowledge, threatened, between the Borrower Borrowers or any Subsidiary of their Subsidiaries and any of its their employees, other than strikesthose which would not, work stoppages either individually or controversies arising in the ordinary course of business, which, in the aggregate, could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effectmaterial adverse effect on the business, operations, property or financial or other condition of any Borrower or any of their Subsidiaries.
