Common use of Employee Controversies Clause in Contracts

Employee Controversies. Except as set forth on Part 1 of Exhibit 6A, there are no controversies pending or, to the best of Borrower’s knowledge, threatened between Borrower and its consolidated subsidiaries or any of their employees, other than employee grievances arising in the ordinary course of business or which are not, in the aggregate, material to Borrower’s financial condition, results of operations or business.
