Common use of Employee Controversies Clause in Contracts

Employee Controversies. Except as described in Exhibit C, there ---------------------- are no material controversies pending or, to the knowledge of the Companies, threatened or anticipated between any Company and any of its respective employees, and there are no labor disputes, grievances, arbitration proceedings or any strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns pending, or to the Companies' knowledge, threatened between any Company and its respective employees and representatives, which, in any such case, would, either singly or in the aggregate, have a Material Adverse Effect.
