Common use of Employee Controversies Clause in Contracts

Employee Controversies. There are no material controversies pending or, to the knowledge of the Companies, threatened or anticipated between any Company and any of its respective employees, and there are no labor disputes, grievances, arbitration proceedings or any strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns pending, or to the Companies' knowledge, threatened between any Company and its respective employees and representatives, which in either event could impair the ability of the Company to perform their obligations under the Loan Documents, or which might reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Employee Controversies.
