Common use of Employee Controversies Clause in Contracts

Employee Controversies. There are no controversies pending or, to the best of the Borrower’s knowledge after diligent inquiry, threatened or anticipated, between the Borrower and any of its employees, other than employee grievances arising in the ordinary course of business which are not, in the aggregate, material to the continued financial success and well-being of the Borrower. The Borrower has no accrued and unpaid liability to any of its employees arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act, as amended.

Employee Controversies. There are no controversies pending or, to the best of the Borrower’s knowledge after diligent inquiry, threatened or anticipated, between the Borrower and any of its employees, other than employee grievances arising in the ordinary course of business which are not, in the aggregate, material to the continued financial success and well-being wellbeing of the Borrower. The Borrower has no accrued and unpaid liability to any of its employees arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act, as amended.

There are no controversies pending or, to the best of the Borrower’s knowledge after diligent inquiry, threatened or anticipated, anticipated between the Borrower and any of its employees, other than as described on Schedule 4.17 hereto and other than employee grievances arising in the ordinary course of business which are not, in the aggregate, material to the continued financial success and well-being of the Borrower. The Borrower has no accrued and unpaid liability to any of its employees arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act, as amended.
