Common use of Employee Controversies Clause in Contracts

Employee Controversies. There are no strikes, work stoppages or controversies pending or, to the best of Borrower's knowledge after diligent inquiry and investigation, threatened, between Borrower and any of its employees, other than employee grievances arising in the ordinary course of business which are not, in the aggregate, material to the financial condition, results of operations or business of Borrower.

Employee Controversies. There are no strikes, work stoppages or controversies pending or, to the best of Borrower's knowledge after diligent inquiry and investigation, threatened, between Borrower and any of its employees, other than employee Employee grievances arising in the ordinary course of business which are not, in the aggregate, material to the financial condition, results of operations or business of Borrower.

There are no strikes, work stoppages or controversies pending or, to the best of Borrower's knowledge after diligent inquiry and investigation, threatened, between either Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries and any of its their employees, other than employee grievances arising in the ordinary course of business which are will not, individually or in the aggregate, material to the financial condition, results of operations or business of Borrowerhave a Material Adverse Effect.
