Common use of Employee Disagreement with Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Employee Disagreement with Evaluation. If an employee disagrees with the performance evaluation, the employee may file a response with the supervisor or with human resources citing reasons for the disagreement. Human resources will file the response in the employee’s personnel file. Employees must file responses no later than thirty (30) days after the employee signs the performance evaluation, or no later than thirty (30) days after the employee refused to sign the evaluation, as noted by the supervisor.
