Common use of Employee disassociation Clause in Contracts

Employee disassociation. Employer will include on the Eligibility File the name and termination date of any Account Holder who (i) has terminated employment with Employer, or (ii) is no longer eligible to contribute to a HSA. Upon receipt and processing of such updated Eligibility File, or a notice provided by an Account Holder, HQY will promptly disassociate the Account Holder from Employer in its systems.
