Common use of Employee Documentation Clause in Contracts

Employee Documentation. A. Service Provider guarantees that the individuals employed by the Service working on this project are authorized to work in the United States. The Service Provider will upon demand provide Dublin with appropriate documentation (Form I-9) for any Service Provider employee performing services for Dublin. B.
