Common use of Employee Documents Clause in Contracts

Employee Documents. Within 15 Business Days of the date of this Agreement, Seller will deliver to Buyer copies of its corporate benefit information. Buyer also will be given access to employees at the Branch Office and, upon receipt of a written consent and release from an employee, will be delivered copies of such employee's personnel files including, but not limited to, copies of each written employment agreement and a written description of the terms of oral employment agreements for such employee, if any. Upon receipt of a written consent and release from an employee, Buyer shall have the right to review all of that employee's personnel file.
