RELATIONSHIP TO INDIVIDUAL CONTRACTS. A. Regular Certificated Employee Contracts shall be subject to and consistent with Washington State Law and the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If a Certificated Employee Contract contains a provision(s) contrary to this Agreement, this Agreement shall be controlling.
B. Any executed Certificated Employee Contract shall expressly provide it is subject to the terms of this Agreement. Certificated Employee Contracts if issued prior to the completion of negotiations shall contain a rider allowing adjustments as per the negotiated Agreement.
RELATIONSHIP TO INDIVIDUAL CONTRACTS. All individual teacher contracts shall be subject to and construed with Washington State Law, the laws of the United States of America, applicable rules and regulations, and any decisions of any adjudicatory body which are binding upon the District and employees and with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Any individual teacher contract hereinafter executed shall expressly provide that it is subject to the terms of this Agreement between the Board and the Association. If any individual employee contract contains any language inconsistent with this Agreement, this Agreement while in effect, shall be controlling.
RELATIONSHIP TO INDIVIDUAL CONTRACTS. 2.1.1 All individual employee contracts shall be subject to and consistent with Washington State Law and the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2.1.2 Individual contracts for employees of the District, if issued prior to the completion of negotiations, shall contain the rider (Appendix G).
