Employee Entering Military Service. a. Vacation pay shall be prorated and computed on the basis of the number of hours worked from the first (1st) day of the qualifying wage agreement period to the last day worked prior to entering mil- itary service in relation to the required qualifying eight hundred (800) hours prescribed in paragraph (b), Section 2. b. The employee shall be paid the vacation for which he/she quali- fied as provided above when he/she leaves his/her employment to enter military service. The vacation and pay for which the employ- ee qualified during the preceding vacation period.
