EMPLOYEE HEALTH / RETURN TO WORK. 31.1 An Employee who has become incapable of fully performing their regular duties because of advancing years may be given preference for any vacant position for which they are considered to be competent to perform. The Employer shall meet to discuss with the Union prior to all such appointments.

EMPLOYEE HEALTH / RETURN TO WORK. 31.1 An Employee who has become incapable of fully performing their regular duties because of advancing years may be given preference for any vacant available position for which they are considered to be competent to perform. The perform by the Employer without the necessity for Human Resources to advertise the position, providing such Employee may not displace a more senior Employee and the Employer shall meet to discuss with advise the Union prior to all such appointments.
