Employee Liability Insurance. The Employer agrees to maintain liability insurance to cover employees under this Agreement.

Employee Liability Insurance. Section A:
Employee Liability Insurance. The Personal Liability Policy covers the employee for compensatory damages and court costs up to One Million Five Hundred Thousand ($1,500,000) for each person or total aggregate in connection therewith for which he/she is legally liable. The Policy does not cover any fine levied against the insured because the fine is a punitive rather than compensatory action. The Policy also does not cover any costs incurred in any criminal court since such costs are in connection with a punitive action.
Employee Liability Insurance. Except when an employee has been considered negligent (or whose performance is considered one of gross misconduct) the employee will be covered by the employer's third party liability insurance, and the terms and conditions therein. The Union shall be provided with a copy of the liability insurance policy upon request.

  • Vehicle Liability Insurance $___________________ minimum required insurance policy on all owned, hired, and non-owned vehicles of the Subcontractor for combined single limit liability for each accident affecting incurring bodily injury and/or property damage.

  • Automobile Liability Insurance Automobile Liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage in an amount no less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit for each occurrence. Covered vehicles shall include owned, non-owned, and hired automobiles/trucks.

  • Business Automobile Liability Insurance Such insurance shall cover liability arising out of any automobile used in connection with performance under the Contract, including owned, leased, hired and non-owned automobiles bearing or, under the circumstances under which they are being used, required by the Motor Vehicles Laws of the State of New York to bear, license plates.
