Court Costs. In the event filing fees, service fees, or court costs are incurred by the university by reason of filing or otherwise initiating a forcible entry and detainer action, these expenses shall be added to the rent-due account of the Tenant, and the Tenant shall have an obligation to reimburse the university for these expenses unless an appropriate contrary order or final judgment is entered by the court.
Court Costs. We cover court costs and fees and other settlement costs. However, if the ruling against you is for an amount that is higher than the cover amount, each one of us will pay these costs proportionally to the respective share in the ruling.

Any costs so recovered will be credited against any solicitors' fees and charges paid or incurred by the Secured Parties relating to the matters in respect of which the costs were awarded and which have been added to the monies secured hereunder pursuant to the foregoing clause;

Court Costs. Tenant agrees to pay all court costs and Attorney’s fees incurred by NIC & LUC in enforcing legal action of any of NIC & LUC’s other rights under this agreement or any state law. In the event any portion of this Agreement shall be found to be unsupportable under the law, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and subject to enforcement in the courts with no exception.
Court Costs. The local share of the court costs required to be collected pursuant to Wis. Stats. §814.65(1) shall be applied to the expenses of the court as determined in the budget. The local share shall not be credited to a Member Municipality’s account.
Court Costs. It is very disruptive to the office routine and unfair to other patients when I am ordered to testify in proceedings. If you are considering involving me in any legal procedures, please consider the following: Any request or subpoena for court appearance requires an immediate $3000 retainer, acceptable only by credit card, cash or cashier’s/bank check or money order. I charge $300 per hour with a one-day (ten hour) minimum for any trial, such that your minimum charge will be $3000 per any part of a day, even if I am only on call for the trial and am not pulled to testify. TELEPHONE CONSULTATION & FORMS COMPLETION FEES: I will begin charging a fee for lengthy telephone calls and/or emails relating to your care, which will not be covered by your insurance. I also charge a $50 fee to complete forms and to write reports and/or letters to include FMLA and Disability and $25 for Jury Duty and/or any other letters that requires our letterhead ($10 fee for addendums to letters already written). You will be invoiced for these charges and you are responsible for paying these charges. PRESCRIPTION FEES: There is a $10 fee per prescription for all lost scripts. There is no charge for prescriptions or refills that are accomplished at your scheduled appointments. Please try to request all prescriptions at least five days in advance. RETURNED CHECKS: A $35 fee will be charged by my office for all non-sufficient funds. Your check will be re-deposited after 2 days unless you notify my office otherwise.
Court Costs. Tenant understands and agrees any costs that are associated with filings including court costs, and filing fees, summons fees and other fees which might be incurred due to court processing are the responsibility of the Tenant.
