EMPLOYEE LOYALTY. Employee shall devote his entire productive time, energy, ability and attention to the performance of the duties expected to be performed by Employee throughout the term of his employment with the Company. Employee shall not directly or indirectly render any services, or become interested in or associated with any individual, business, corporation, partnership or other entity, or any other organization which is in any manner in competition with the Company, whether for compensation or otherwise, during the term of his employment with the Company, without the prior, written consent of the management of the Company.
