Employee Negligence. Except for acts of proven negligence or deliberate action, employees shall not be responsible for stolen or damaged property, lost credit cards or other credit documents if the employee promptly reports such damage or loss to the District.

  • Misconduct Unless a Change of Control shall have occurred after the date hereof:
